Who we are

Living Unbottled ("we", "I") is run by Anne and offers a free online programme and paid online one-to-one sessions. When you use this site or book a session, you are contracting with Living Unbottled.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, continuing to use the site, or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

What the service is — and isn't

Sessions and the programme offer lived-experience guidance and reflection. I am not a psychologist, doctor, therapist or certified coach. Nothing here is medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are physically dependent on alcohol, speak to a doctor first. In an emergency in the EU, call 112.

Booking

You suggest times that suit you when you book. I will contact you by email to confirm and agree a mutually convenient time. Sessions take place on video.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) together with our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with its security (for example malware, probing or scraping).

Your account

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate. You must be at least 18 years old.

Intellectual property

Living Unbottled keeps ownership of the site, the programme content, session materials and branding. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. If your account ends you can ask for your data to be exported or deleted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
