About Living Unbottled

Hello, I'm Anne. I created Living Unbottled for women like me — ambitious, capable, often the one holding everything together — who realised that alcohol had quietly taken up too much room in their lives. This is a space to take that room back.

Disclaimer — please read

I am not a qualified professional. I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, nurse, therapist, addiction counsellor or certified coach, and I hold no clinical or coaching qualification.

This is not treatment. The free programme and paid sessions offer peer-style guidance, reflection and encouragement based on lived experience and widely available self-help ideas. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition, including alcohol use disorder.

Safety first. If you drink heavily every day, stopping suddenly can cause dangerous withdrawal symptoms. Speak to your doctor before reducing or stopping. If you are pregnant, taking medication, or have a health condition, seek medical advice.

In an emergency or if you are thinking about harming yourself, call 112 (EU emergency number) or go to your nearest emergency department.

Your responsibility. You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing. Sessions are no substitute for professional care, and you are encouraged to seek it alongside or instead of this programme.

Your privacy

Your reflections are private to your account — they are not shared or published. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
