Who is responsible
Living Unbottled, run by Anne, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
Account details (email address, password — stored securely hashed); programme progress and the reflections you write; booking details (session type, the times you suggest, your focus note, time zone); messages you send us; and basic technical data such as IP address and device information needed to run the site securely.
Why we use it
To create and run your account and provide the programme (contract); to arrange and deliver sessions (contract); to keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); to reply to you (legitimate interests); and to meet legal obligations such as accounting (legal obligation). We do not use your reflections for marketing and they are never published.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host and run the site and send emails; professional advisers such as accountants where needed; and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and programme data while your account is active, and booking and payment records for as long as accounting law requires. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. We respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Sweden, IMY (imy.se).
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-user data separation so that only you can see your reflections.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies and storage needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.
